2How does the coaching session run?
We start with an initial free consultation then schedule in the sessions. They are 60 minutes long and take place on Zoom. In person sessions can be arranged too if possible.
3How is confidentiality maintained during the coaching journey and what can I expect regarding the privacy of the information shared?
The confidentiality of our coaching sessions is a top priority. As a coach, I am committed to maintaining the privacy and trust of our discussions. Information shared during our sessions is strictly confidential, and I adhere to professional ethical standards. Exceptions to this confidentiality may occur only in situations where there is a legal obligation or an immediate risk of harm. Rest assured, your personal and sensitive information is handled with the utmost care and discretion, fostering a safe and secure space for our coaching journey. It is not magic and change will not happen overnight. However, together we look at where you are now and where you want to be. Step by step we will tackle the challenges and obstacles to achieve your desired outcome. We guide and champion you all the way and celebrate your wins whether small or big.
